Yumaverse privacy policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

Yumaverse («Yumaverso» in Spanish) is a game by Nimango Studios, LLC ("we"). Questions: support@nimango.com.

What stays on your phone

Your profile (the name or nickname you choose, how you identify, who you're into, and that you confirmed you're 18 or older), your progress, your settings and, if you play without an account, your cafecitos. None of it leaves your phone. Neither does your name: before a message goes to our servers, the game replaces it with "B".

What we receive, and why

The AI

Some of the characters' texts are written by an artificial intelligence model that runs on our own servers. They're always labeled "AI", and you can report them. We don't send what you write to other AI companies.

Who we share with

We don't sell your data or use it for ads: the game has no ads. We use providers who work for us: our hosting providers (currently Microsoft Azure and Cloudflare) and Google (sign-in, payments and app integrity). If the law requires it, we may have to give information to the authorities.

Adults only

Yumaverse is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn an account belongs to a minor, we delete it.

Security

Everything travels encrypted (HTTPS), and only our team can see flagged or reported texts.

Deleting your account

If you signed in with Google, you can delete your account in the game, under Settings › Delete my account, or ask us at support@nimango.com. Within 30 days we delete your cafecitos, your saved purchases, and the flagged or reported texts under your code. What's on your phone (your profile and progress) goes away when you uninstall the game. Google keeps its own record of your payments under its policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it. Write to support@nimango.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, if the change matters, tell you in the game.
